OMG I just don't understand why it is so hard to wrap one's head around the fact that you can be fat AND fit! It kind of drives me crazy. But, hopefully this will be a good thing for you. :) Best wishes, Mirna my hero!
ReplyDeleteKeep sharing your passion! It keeps my feet turning too. ;)
ReplyDeleteI loved hearing your story. I'm a big girl who runs. Ok, I wog (walk, jog). I'm overweight by social standards. But even with the extra weight I'm healthier than my slimmer friends. So happy to see someone like me getting positive recognition. #PlusIsEqual
ReplyDeleteI loved hearing your story. I too am a big girl who runs. Ok, I wog (walk, jog). I'm overweight by social standards but I'm healthier than most of my slimmer friends. I was excited to see someone like me getting positive recognition. #PlusIsEqual
ReplyDeleteLOL, I describe myself as a "wogger," too, Vonda! Love the blog! I'll keep following!
ReplyDeleteMy friend forwarded your story since I'm also a runner at 250lbs, so I had to stop by and say what your doing is awesome bringing awareness. I can't wait to go back and read through your blog as I'm sure you've encountered so many of the same issues and sure I"ll find some great advise.
